1. Controller and contacts

The data controller is a sole proprietor operating under the LIDOWSKI brand. EU legal entity registration is in progress; until it is completed, all privacy requests are handled directly by the team below.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide yourself: name, phone number, Telegram username, e-mail address;
• Technical data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer);
• Usage data collected through Yandex Metrica (site counter ID 110395876), including session behaviour and, where enabled, session recordings.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process personal data for the following purposes, each with its own lawful basis under GDPR:

• Consent — responding to enquiries you submit through forms, Telegram or e-mail, and sending you information you asked for;
• Legitimate interest — analysing site traffic and behaviour with Yandex Metrica to improve the website and our services;

4. Consent and its withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, free of charge, by writing to hello@lidowski.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law and our contractual obligations. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers acting as processors on our behalf, in particular:

• Yandex Metrica (counter ID 110395876) — web analytics, acting as an independent processor under its own privacy terms;
• Messaging platforms (e.g. Telegram) used solely to respond to your enquiry, if you contact us that way.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
