A client portal that takes questions off your account managers
Clients see their own orders, statuses, documents and payment history instead of messaging a manager to ask "where is my order". Less routine for the team, more repeat business.
What is usually inside
- ✓Orders and live statuses pulled from your accounting system, not typed in by hand
- ✓Documents: invoices, acts and contracts downloadable at any time
- ✓Payments: history, outstanding balance and repeat payment in a couple of clicks
- ✓Requests and tickets with full conversation history instead of lost emails
- ✓Roles: within one client, accounting, procurement and management see different things
- ✓Email and Telegram notifications when a status changes

How we work
Load review
We look at what clients ask managers most - that becomes the portal's first screen.
Prototype
A clickable mockup before development, so logic is argued on a diagram, not in code.
Data
We verify the needed data really comes out of your ERP or CRM, and how often.
Build
Portal, authentication and permissions.
Pilot
Live for a subset of clients, we listen to what confuses them and fix it.
Rollout
Opened to everyone, with an announcement and a short guide for clients.

FAQ
How is this different from a B2B portal?
A client portal is about self-service for existing clients: statuses, documents, payments. A B2B portal adds wholesale ordering with a catalogue on top. If you need both, we do it as one project.
Will clients actually use it?
They do when it answers their real questions. That is why we start with a review of what people ask you most, not with design.
Will client data be safe?
Scoped permissions, an audit log, an encrypted channel and separation from your accounting system. Personal data is handled per your jurisdiction's requirements.
