1. Scope of services

LIDOWSKI is a digital agency providing website and application development, performance advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Direct, VK Ads), SEO, analytics setup, and related digital marketing services. The exact scope for each client is defined in an individual proposal, quote or contract.

2. Engagement and contract

Services are provided on the basis of an individual contract or a written quote accepted by the client, describing the scope of work, timeline and price. These general terms apply as a supplement to that agreement and do not replace it; where the two conflict, the individual contract prevails.

3. Payment

Payment terms (amount, currency, schedule and method) are fixed in the individual contract or quote. Unless agreed otherwise, work on a project stage begins after the corresponding payment or advance has been received.

4. Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated after the brief and fixed in the contract. Timelines may shift if the client delays providing materials, approvals or feedback, or if the agreed scope changes during the project.

5. Warranties and liability

LIDOWSKI performs services with reasonable professional skill and care and stands behind the quality of delivered work within the warranty period stated in the contract. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platform policies (e.g. ad network approval or algorithm changes), client-supplied content, or force majeure. Liability, where it arises, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless the contract states otherwise.
