Make.com scenarios built to survive scale, not just launch
Most Make (and Zapier, and n8n) scenarios work fine at 50 operations a day and fall over at 5,000 — rate limits, silent errors, no rollback. We build and fix automations that hold up, and set up self-hosted n8n when GDPR or data residency rules a cloud tool out.
What we build and fix
- ✓New Make.com scenarios connecting CRM, forms, billing, e-commerce and internal tools, with error handlers on every module
- ✓Diagnosing and fixing scenarios that silently skip runs, hit operation caps, or duplicate records under load
- ✓Migrating automations from Zapier to Make (or the reverse) when pricing or feature limits stop making sense
- ✓Self-hosted n8n setup and workflow build for teams that can't send customer data through a US-hosted cloud tool
- ✓Replacing a fragile no-code chain with a direct API integration once volume outgrows what any automation platform can reliably handle

How we work
Audit
We map the current scenario or the task, and flag where it will break at scale.
Scope
Fixed list of modules, error paths and edge cases, priced before we start.
Build
Built and tested in a sandbox scenario, not directly on production data.
Test
Load, rate-limit and failure testing — including what happens mid-run.
Launch
Go-live with monitoring and alerts, not a silent cutover.
Support
SLA on fixes as connected apps change their APIs.

FAQ
Why would we need a consultant for a no-code tool?
No-code hides the failure modes, it doesn't remove them — rate limits, race conditions and silent errors still happen. Most teams find out at the worst possible moment. We build the error handling and monitoring in from the start.
Make, Zapier or n8n — which should we use?
Depends on volume, budget and data residency needs. Make handles complex branching well; n8n self-hosted is the answer when GDPR rules out sending data through a US cloud; Zapier wins on app coverage for simple chains. We'll tell you honestly which fits, not just build in whichever we prefer.
Can you audit our existing Make setup without rebuilding it?
Yes — a lot of engagements start as a one-off audit that flags exactly what will break and when, so you can decide whether a patch or a rebuild makes sense.
Do you handle GDPR-sensitive data?
Yes, by default. We're EU-based (Belgrade, Central European timezone) and set up self-hosted automation when customer data can't leave EU infrastructure.
